LanternPay welcomes Claiming.com.au to its team

Australian claim and payment platform LanternPay is pleased to announce that healthcare providers can now connect to the full suite of Medicare Web Services through its platform, as LanternPay welcomes leading Medicare Web Services provider Claiming.com.au to its product portfolio.

Healthcare providers can now access the full suite of Medicare Web Services, including Bulk Bill, Medicare (PCI), Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), ECLIPSE (IMC/OVS) and Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), without the complexity of a Notice of Integration (NOI), by utilising either Claiming.com.au’s integration or the LanternPay portal.

Claiming.com.au currently provides its Medicare claiming solution to over 30 Practice Management Software systems and other direct integrators and has processed over $1.75 billion in Medicare claims. It is currently the only software vendor to have received a full Notice of Integration for all available Medicare Web Services functions.

Adding Claiming.com.au to LanternPay’s product portfolio expands LanternPay’s current multi-scheme claiming functionality for health, care, disability and ageing providers. LanternPay now has claiming solutions for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Worksafe Victoria, Transport Accident Commission of Victoria, Medibank, nib, Medicare, Department of Veteran Affairs, and more in the pipeline.

Claiming.com.au’s founder, Tony Stewart said, “We’re incredibly excited to be joining the LanternPay team. Together our two businesses provide a comprehensive range of electronic billing solutions supporting both software vendors/developers and health care providers.”

LanternPay General Manager of Healthcare, Mirinda O'Gorman said, “Claiming.com.au has an extensive history in delivering Medicare claiming solutions that are easy for software developers and the end users to access. LanternPay is proud to have such Medicare expertise come on board and is looking forward to working together to deliver a great Medicare solution to LanternPay providers and the wider market.”

LanternPay now has over 45 Practice Management Systems integrated with a Medicare solution available through the LanternPay provider portal.
