Clickability launches new endorsement features

We're thrilled to announce new features on Clickability - Rated, Reviewed, Reliable allowing NDIS participants to endorse a provider's disability-specific and cohort-specific expertise. This means a participant can now endorse a provider's expertise with Autism, ABI, Intellectual Disability, Psychosocial Disability, and Sensory Impairments, and also people from Aboriginal and Torres Islander, Cultural and Linguistic Diversity (CALD), and LGBTIQ+ backgrounds.

This project was part of an Information Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) grant that Clickability was awarded in 2019, to support NDIS participants' choice and control. Hundreds of hours of research, interviews, and development work has gone into the project and we couldn't be prouder of the result.

If you're a provider and wish to nominate a specialisation for endorsement, log-in to your Provider Admin to get started. If you're a participant, simply head to the provider you wish to endorse and click that 'Endorse this service' button!
